Near Mint (NM): Minimal wear from shuffling, play, or handling and can have a nearly unmarked surface, crisp corners, and unblemished edges outside of a few slight flaws. A Near Mint card may have slight edge wear or a couple minor scratches, but overall look nearly unplayed with no major defects.

In this game, you control a tank of the Proton Kingdom fighting against the Q-stein invaders. You have to go from one enemy stronghold or conquered city to another, destroying the enemies inside. The further into the game you get, the more types of tanks you can select. There are 15 types overall. Also, as you advance, you can customize your tank with stronger weapons like nuclear missiles and flight ability. Yes, your tank can fly, if you upgrade. There are 100 customizations in total. When in a town, you can enter the arena to battle other tanks for money (to earn upgrades) and new tanks. There is also the match battle. This can be played against another human player or a computer opponent. Another mode is destruction where you keep fighting tank after tank - see how many you can destroy before you are taken out.
